Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Reraw, operated by Canvas Labs LLC (“Reraw”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Reraw.

1. Who can use Reraw

You must be at least 18 years old to use Reraw. By using the service you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. What Reraw does

Reraw is a creative tool that turns your prompts and uploaded media into images and videos using third-party AI models. You are responsible for the inputs you provide and for how you use the results.

3. Acceptable use

Reraw is a mainstream, general-audience creative product. You agree not to use it to create, upload, or distribute:

  • Sexual or suggestive content involving minors (Reraw is for adults and adult subjects only)
  • Intimate or sexual imagery of a real, identifiable person made without their consent, including face-swaps and deepfakes
  • Content that impersonates a real person to deceive, defraud, or harm
  • Content that is unlawful, that infringes someone's rights, or that promotes violence or harm
  • Content that violates the privacy or publicity rights of others

Our full content rules are in the Content Policy, which is part of these Terms. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate them.

4. Your content and ownership

  • You own your inputs. You keep the rights you have in the media you upload. You confirm you have the rights needed to upload and use it.
  • You own your results. As between you and Reraw, the images and videos you generate are yours to use, including commercially, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
  • License to operate. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and deliver your content back to you and to run the service. We do not use your content to train AI models or for marketing without your permission (see the Privacy Policy).

5. Billing, credits, and refunds

  • Reraw runs on credits. Generations consume credits at the rate shown before you confirm each generation.
  • Subscriptions. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation stops future renewals, and your plan stays active through the end of the period you have already paid for.
  • Credits included with a subscription are granted each billing cycle. Separately purchased credit packs are made available immediately and do not expire while your account is active, unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
  • Because credits unlock a digital service that is delivered immediately, credits that have been consumed — and amounts already paid for the current subscription period — are non-refundable, except where refunds are required by law.
  • If a generation fails for a technical reason on our side, the credits for that generation are returned to your balance automatically.
  • If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@reraw.ai and we will review it in good faith.

6. Service availability

We work to keep Reraw available and reliable, but the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and generation depends on third-party providers whose availability we do not control.

7. Accounts and termination

You are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that create legal or safety risk. On termination, content is removed as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reraw and Canvas Labs LLC disclaim all warranties not expressly stated here, and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Canvas Labs LLC against claims arising from your use of the service or your violation of these Terms, including claims relating to content you upload or create.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be handled in the courts located there, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version here and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
