What exactly is a credit?
Credits are what generating costs. The cheapest image is 2 credits and the cheapest video 12; the flagship video models cost several times that. Longer clips and higher resolution cost more again. The exact price is always shown before you confirm, and it's the same number the server charges.
What do I get without paying?
30 credits when you create an account, with no card and nothing to cancel. They work on every model and every effect. There's no monthly free refill: once they're spent, any purchase gets you more.
Do unused credits expire?
No. Whatever you don't spend stays in your balance, and the next month's credits are added on top. That applies to plan credits, top-up packs and referral rewards alike.
Can I buy credits without a plan?
Yes, credit packs are open to everyone, no subscription needed. A plan adds member benefits on top: credits land automatically every month, every pack costs 5% less, and monthly Pro videos are included.
What's the difference between the plans?
Mostly how many credits land each month, plus the member benefits every plan carries: 5% off every credit pack and a monthly Pro-video allowance that grows with the tier. All three open the same models with the same quality, resolution and length. Starter is a fixed amount; Plus and Pro each let you slide between three steps, and each step up makes every credit cheaper. The top step buys 24% more per dollar than Starter does.
Do I own what I make?
Yes. As between you and reRAW AI, what you generate is yours to use, including commercially, whether you're paying or not. See the Terms for the full wording. Results carry no watermark on any plan.
Can I cancel?
Anytime. Manage billing on your account page opens Stripe's portal, where you can stop the renewal, change your card or read past invoices. Cancelling stops the next charge. You keep your plan, and every credit already in your balance, through the period you've paid for.
