Yes, automatically. If a generation fails or times out, the credits are returned to your balance — you don't need to request it. If credits haven't come back within a few minutes of a failure, contact us.

Each result is generated from scratch, so the same effect on the same photo produces something different every time. That is how the models work. If a result isn't what you wanted, generating again is usually the quickest fix.

Only you. reRAW is private by design: your uploads and creations live in your library, and it opens with your account — sign in on any device and everything is there. Our Privacy Policy has the full detail on how we handle your data.

As long as your account is active. Nothing expires, so you can come back to anything you've made. To take something out of your library, open it and delete it.

Every effect shows its exact credit cost before you generate, and that is the amount charged. Plans, credit packs, and what a credit covers are set out on the pricing page.

Open the creation in your library and select download. If the download doesn't start, it is usually the browser blocking the file — please try once in a different browser before contacting us.

There is no password. You can either continue with Google, or we email you a sign-in link. If the link doesn't arrive, please check your spam folder first; if it still hasn't appeared, contact us and include the address you used.

From your account page. Deletion takes effect after 7 days, and signing back in during that period cancels it, so a single misclick cannot remove everything.
